Chris Furlong

Hi, I’m Chris Furlong! Originally from the Midwest, I hold a degree in Kinesiology and have spent more than 20 years helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their fitness goals.

My passion is biomechanics and proper movement. I believe that how your body moves is just as important as how hard you train. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, prevent injuries, build strength, lose weight, or simply feel better in your everyday life, I create personalized programs that are built around your body and your goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to coach a wide variety of clients: from professional athletes, marathon runners, and hikers to individuals pursuing significant weight loss, muscle and strength development, bodybuilding, and bikini competitions.

As a former athlete and brain cancer survivor, I understand firsthand that fitness isn’t always about chasing the next personal record. I’ve had to rebuild my body multiple times through rehabilitation, and today I’m continuing my own journey of recovery following radiation, chemotherapy, and radiofrequency treatments. Those experiences have strengthened my belief that resilience, consistency, and the right guidance can help anyone achieve more than they thought possible.

No matter where you’re starting, my goal is to help you move with confidence, train with purpose, and become the strongest version of yourself.
